Online course. Level 2.

After finishing step 1, you’re welcome to deepen your studies in Chinese medicine and continue with additional online lectures and practice.

Through online lectures you’ll learn more about guāshā based on Chinese medicine, and go further into your understanding of the organ systems, and more specifically, to learn the basics of the diagnostic tools such as tongue diagnosis. You’ll learn about stress and trauma from a Chinese medicine perspective, and how to help yourself and others by developing a daily self-care practice.

This education gives you a 100-hour education in Guāshā.

THE LECTURES

Each lecture consists of 3 hours of live Zoom lecture. In between each lecture, you will read and practice, to incorporate what you’ve learned, and prepare for the next online session. In between the lectures, you’ll also have the opportunity to engage in discussions and ask questions in a private fb group only for members of the level 2 guasha course.

BLOOD. What does our blood say about our health?
Tongue diagnosis for blood stagnation, and blood deficiency.

Lecture 2-5
Stress vs trauma from a Chinese medicine perspective. Self-care techniques for daily stress, acute trauma and chronic trauma.
